Accommodation

We would love to have you stay with us on the property so you can dance all night, knowing you can fall straight into bed at the end of the night with no worries. If the idea of camping doesn’t float your boat, there are airbnb’s around the area, and hotels in the Central Coast, however please note that taxis and ubers are few and far between in this area.

Camping

This one is fun because it is FREE! Please bring your own tent & bedding, and let us know if you will be choosing this option when you RSVP so we can make sure to allocate a site for you.

Glamping

If you would like to stay on site but the idea of setting up your own tent is just not it, this option could be for you! All glamping tents come fully set up with a real (!!) mattress and sheets and pillows. Sounds pretty noice doesn’t it.

Glamping can be booked below - make sure to book in before Feb 7th!

Book glamping here

Airbnb/Hotel

We totally understand camping isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, so if you would like to book a nearby airbnb or hotel, that is totally fine too! Please be aware that uber and taxis are pretty hard to come by in the area, so if you don’t plan on driving, please let us know if you will need a shuttle ride home.

Important Info

Important Info 🔥

  • Please let us know if you can make it by the 1st of November 2025! You can RSVP here

If you would like to glamp on the property please book this before the 7th of February.

  • Campers: Please bring all your usual camping gear - tent, sleeping mat, sleeping bag, pillow, etc.

Glampers: please check when you book your glamping package to determine if you need to bring sheets, pillows or towels. You can see available packages and book here

There are bathrooms and showers near the camping area, and we will provide drinking water too.

Check in for camping/glamping is from 12pm on Saturday 28th (with the ceremony starting at 4pm). For the next morning, there is a leisurely late check out of 12pm.

For those people staying on the property, please head up to the main house in the morning for a dip in the pool and a bacon/halloumi egg roll.

  • The dress code is formal garden party - wear whatever makes you feel groovy and fab!

The venue is outdoors and grassy, so please leave the stilettos at home. And if rain is on the cards, bring along wellies or old shoes you don’t mind getting a little muddy.

  • We’re keeping our wedding small and meaningful, so we are only able to accommodate guests named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding, and please contact us if there are any issues!

  • Please note there is NO cell reception at the venue. There is wifi up at the house to use if you need to get in contact with babysitters or anything else

  • It will likely be quite warm in Feb, around 30 degrees. We will be starting the ceremony later in the afternoon to avoid the midday heat. If it’s looking like it will be rainy, it might be a good idea to bring some shoes you don’t mind getting grubby!

  • Bebeah Farm is about a 1.5hr drive north of Sydney.

The venue address is 783 Brush Creek Road, Cedar Brush NSW.

It is best if you please pop the address in your GPS early as there is limited phone reception about 7km out from the property.

When you get to the property, please drive into the first driveway that has a BEBEAH sign in an arch way. Then proceed to park in CARPARK #1.

If you run into any troubles on the day, head back a few km's until you get reception and please call/text Emily (0416 223 535)

  • Leading up to the big day, please contact Lowri (0411 127 285) or Matt (0424 027 779) with any questions, or send us an email at mattandlowri@gmail.com

Once we’re in the 48 hours leading up to the wedding, please direct your questions to Emily (0416 223 535) or Maryam (0433 754 440) - make sure you call using wifi as we won’t have reception at the venue!

Registry

Your presence is enough of a present to us, especially since we know lots of you are travelling from far flung places to celebrate with us. We don’t expect any gifts other than the pleasure of your company.

If you do wish to give us a gift, we’d love to start our new journey together with adventures rather than things, so we’ve put together a list of experiences below that you’re welcome to contribute to if you'd like.

If something takes your fancy, just pop your name/s and the experience in the reference when sending a transfer, that way, we’ll think of you when we’re off having that particular adventure!
